Gary Zimak Gary Zimak is the author of several books, including Stop Worrying and Start Living, From Fear To Faith, Give Up Worry For Lent, A Worrier’s Guide To The Bible, Listen To Your Blessed Mother, Find A Real Friend In Jesus and Faith, Hope and Clarity. He is a frequent speaker at parishes and conferences nationwide and is recognized as the leading Catholic speaker on overcoming anxiety. In addition, Gary is a regular guest on EWTN TV & Radio, Relevant Radio, and the host of the Following The Truth podcast. His work has appeared in The National Catholic Register, Catholic Digest, Catholic Exchange, Catholic Philly, and Seton Magazine. Gary resides in South Jersey with his wife, Eileen, and daughters, Mary and Elizabeth. They are members of Saint Joan of Arc parish in Marlton, NJ.
Ivonne Heath Ivonne Heath is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach passionate about helping Catholics, especially women, connect faith and health. A mother of two, she became a health coach to improve family well-being through holistic methods. Trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), Ivonne offers nutrition and wellness coaching for women and teens, with group sessions and 1:1 support. Fluent in Spanish, she also serves Spanish-speaking communities. Ivonne shares her insights on platforms like Mater Dei Radio, has been featured on the "Mindset for Catholic Moms" podcast, and has been a panelist with Catholic Young Professionals in Portland. She also speaks at events. Ivonne’s mission is to inspire others to prioritize their health and spiritual growth.
Bill Reed Bill has been married to Suzanne O’Malley Reed for 47 years. They have two children, Ryan and Meghan Dodge, and two lovely grandchildren, Nora and Riley. They have been Parishioners at St. Matthew Church since 1975. Bill is a product of Catholic School Education from Kindergarten through graduation from the University of Portland, from which he graduated in 1972 with a BA from the School of Education. He taught for ten years after graduation, with the last 8 years here at St. Matthew Catholic School. He then became the Executive Director of the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) for three years. Then, he went to the University of Portland as the Alumni Director and Director of University Events. His tenure at the University lasted for 35 years. During my retirement years, he has been volunteering at St. Vincent de Paul's St. Matthew Conference and currently serves as the President of our Conference here at St. Matthew.
